Problem Resolved. He didn't have an AD Account.

User is unable to print on campus due to Hold for 
Authentication. Verified that he didn't change his 
password recently. He stopped in quickly before 
class but wasn't able to fix it. 

He will be coming back on Tuesday to get help.
