Hi Kella,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#80538)

Description: Help connecting HP OfficeJetPro desktop 
printer to computer. Available 11am-12:30pm. 

I'm sorry we have been running around like crazy 
today, but is there another time that would work 
today for us to come over and connect the printer or 
is there a time Monday that would be good to get 
that connected?
