Laptop has fine battery now. We just had a ticket come up, 81306 , where we assigned two freedom center laptops to Ana-Malia Fernandez, as well as Aneli Godinez-Martinez. I am beginning to reimage this macbook for reassignment.

Battery needs replacement via warranty after opening it up all the way to see that the problem won't get fixed :P

laptop on my desk, began opening it - can't find 
suction cup to get bottom lid off.

Before we send off a warranty claim, we need to at 
least open the laptop in order to unplug and replug 
it's battery to see if that does anything.

Tested and confirmed it is not charging - different chargers hailed 
same results. It is stuck on 1%, saying "Power source: Power 
Adapter", "Battery is not charging" and there is a service 
recommendation within the charging tab to service the battery.

An officer of the freedom center dropped off the 
mac and designated Ana-Malia Fernandez as the 
person to contact about updates regarding the 
device.

Not much details provided about what happened to 
it, just that it stopped charging suddenly and 
they stopped using it. Tried charging it up front, 
and charging does not increase, though before 
logging in it seems like it is charging. They want 
to know if they will need to pay for battery 
replacement or other replacements.
