Yes, it would help if he was there. I would need him 
to sign into his own account on his new laptop so I 
can assure everything sync's right, and get his 
input for preferences on things like how his 
monitors / peripherals are arranged. If you like, I 
could possibly set up a time with him directly. I 
don't believe I have his email, however.

Gave Carlos a call, he isn't starting until August 1st. He will have an 
office here on the Monmouth campus. He will have us or a supervisor 
call us when he gets assigned an office. I'm gonna put this ticket on 
hold until then.

Hello Kathy, 

We have your new laptop 20211305, dock 20211258, monitor 20211174 ready to 
be delivered and set up.  To prepare, if this delivery is replacing an 
existing station, please ensure that you move all of your files from that 
machine onto your H: drive or otherwise back them up.  Anything left on an 
old machine will not be accessible from your new one.  If you have any 
questions or need help backing up your data, please email me back or call 
our office at 8-8925.

Once that is complete, we can set up your new equipment.  Please let us 
know your availability for the next few business days so that we can 
schedule a time to set it up with you.
