Hey Jen,

We pushed a fix on the mac mini's recently, so it 
should be good to go now. I was wondering if you 
have noticed any of the computers restarting this 
week. I was also wondering if anyone helped you 
with the printer issues. I saw that there was a 
request for it, I should be able to help if you 
have let me know your availability next week.

Kandinski [WOU # 20120612]printing in ITC210... 
probably a network or software update problem. I 
tried restarting the printer and the system already.

I am still looking to resolve this issue... It 
apparently also applies to the inkjet we call 
"Kandinski" in ITC210. Screen shot of error 
message attached.
My time is quite limited on campus, so I freely 
give you permission to access my computer and work 
on this when I am not here.

I occasionally need to print from my office 
(ITC206D) to my classroom (ITC210). Today I 
cannot, no matter what I try. I'm on computer 
#20150025[Edit Inv] and trying to print to the HOOD-Lab-ITC 
BW (or same printer in color, not working either).

The printer either appears paused or has the black 
triangle alert symbol beside it in the printer 
menu. If I resume it seems to process it but never 
completes sending it. In the system preferences / 
printers dialog box all appears ok. A couple of 
screenshots are attached to show what I'm seeing.
