What additional information do you need from me to reimage this computer (20141154). 
As to time, good times are: 

    Mondays, between 11 am to 2 pm. 
    Tuesdays before 11 am.
    Wednesdays, all day
    Thursdays before 11 am 
    Fridays, between 11 am to 2 pm

I need some additional information regarding service request #80557

Description: **check in**computers running slowly

Would you still like computer 20141154[Edit Inv] to be reimaged to improve its performance? If so, when would be a good time for us to do this? We would need to swap your computer with a loaner while we work on it.

After speaking with Lorianne and Nora, they think 
20190878[Edit Inv] is probably fine. They would like to have 
20141154[Edit Inv] reimaged. Please contact them when that can be 
scheduled.

user called in to report that computers 20190878[Edit Inv] and 20141154[Edit Inv], both student stations in the library offices, were running slowly. 

i got there, updated both computers (they were mostly updated already), restarted them, and didn't see much of an issue with either. they both seemed to run fine, though the 2014 was slower than the 2019 due to its age. the only thing that was a slight issue was chrome on the 2014, but i think it loaded slowly because there were about 10 tabs open (though when i brought this up to nora (?) she said they always work with multiple tabs and there hasn't been issues lol)

anyway. it'd be good to check in with them next week if they don't call back sooner. i told them an option would be to give them a loaner and reimage the 2014 if they want (though i think we need to repeat and make it explicitly clear that the loaner is TEMPORARY until the computer is reimaged). 

TLDR; computers seem fine but check in next week if they don't call back first.
