I need some additional information regarding 
service request #80561

Description: Mac book was not working properly 
then didn't start

Your laptop screen has been fixed! You can come 
pick it up and return your loaner to UCS at the 
south ITC 009 or we could deliver it to you and 
pick the loaner up then. Please let us know what 
you would like to do. If you would like us to 
deliver it, let us know your availability and 
where you will be this week. For your loaner, make 
sure you back up anything you have saved on your 
loaner onto your H Drive before you return it, We 
can help with that if you need! Feel free to reach 
out with any additional questions as well.

We were able to start your computer, but it looks 
like you have a crack in your screen. We'll have to 
send it in to Apple to be repaired. When would be a 
good time to meet with you so that you can back up 
your data just in case?

visible damage to screen, has to be sent into apple 
to be fixed. department will have to pay for that. I 
would suggest that the user backs up any important 
data.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

computer turned on immediately for me, but it is super duper glitchy. after a minute or so the screen went black except for a green line across it. i powered it off, and it wouldn't turn back on until i shut and reopened the lid. 

signed in, screen shut off after maybe 30 seconds, closed and reopened the lid, the screen turned back on, and i was still logged in. must be a screen issue. 

now it's shutting off after a few seconds lol. will google things and talk to john.

When starting my MAC book up this morning the 
screen has odd lines across it and is flashing. 
I’ve shut down and restarted a few times and it’s 
not getting better.
Now the computer will not even start.
