Went over and restarted the printer. Fixed a paper jam and printer started working.

Ileen gave us a call to report that when she tries 
to print to 20110216[Edit Inv], color or black and white 
fails and gives her a message: Printer status 
unavailable. 

I had her try a test print on the phone, and the 
same error occurred. She directed us to call her @ 
971-322-4300 when it is working.
