20190701[Edit Inv] can't be repaired by us. It will have to be sent off to apple for repair / ssd replacement, and the fix money for this would have to be granted from Leslie / their department. Recently, I noticed Rian Gayle was able to put in for a GFA replacement for his 2017 laptop because it was broken.

Laptop 20190701[Edit Inv] been having issues still, I think it 
needs a reimage. She may qualify for a GFA at this 
point.

20161082[Edit Inv] loaned out while 20190701[Edit Inv] is being looked 
at. He kept the charger from 20190701[Edit Inv], we did not 
loan one out to him.
