They do have admin rights though, which was the 
goal.

Hey Daniel,

I gave you admin rights, about a week ago. I 
checked the projector and monitor having that 
crazy pink color and it isn't something we can fix 
unless the department got a projector that can 
handle the graphics. I tried updating it and 
stuff, but there was no luck. Please let me know

again?

Say, one other request for the same computer -- 
lately the second monitor (and also often the 
projector image) turn a crazy pink color whenever 
the computer wakes up from sleep or gets powered 
on. In order to fix it, one has to open the System 
Preferences and switch the refresh rate of the 
display back and forth several times until the 
problem goes away. Could you see if it's possible 
to solve that issue in a way that doesn't require 
fixing it so often?
