Thank you for checking in. It's working a LOT better! I know it was still really slow when I was over there, so we weren't sure.  But it really has been better!

Hi Shondra,

I need some additional information regarding service request #80613

Description: Laptop not working

We can try to reimage this computer. This process will basically wipe out everything and restart with a clean slate. Do you want to go ahead with this? If so, are there any special software you would like for us to reinstall?

Good morning! 
We have a laptop that we're having trouble with, 
#20160194[Edit Inv].  It's been slow for a while - which is 
understandable because it's pretty old.  But we 
were still able to work with it.  But recently it 
is having so many problems it's unusable.  It's 
extremely slow, but more often than not, programs 
just don't work and come back as "not responding".  
It happens with even web browsing where Chrome 
stops responding.  Even task manager doesn't seem 
to want to work.  I'd love to get it to where it's 
working again so it can still be used, if it's 
possible to fix.  Could I drop it off at UCS to 
have someone take a look at it?
