Spoke with Julie. Her computer is eligible for 
replacement and I recommended she go ahead with 
that.

She will be putting in a replacement request for a 
new Dell Laptop and single monitor setup.

The user is able to login to her computer but 
after she logs in to her computer the screen just 
goes black and it never logs in. It takes her back 
to the login screen again. Julie is available all 
day today but she will be in and out of her 
office. She said she is leaving her office door 
open for us
