It should prompt a paper size change in the tray. We also recommend taking a look at the computer print settings to ensure it is printing on 8.5 x 11. Please let me know how it goes! Jacob Limas	May 03, 2023 11:16 AM	**This is an email** Good morning, We are having issues with the printer called SPO- Finance on THREESISTERS. It is automatically updating the paper size to 8.5 X 13. I have tried adjusting it to 8.5 X 11 in the settings but it still prints incorrectly. The page prints with a large margin at the top and cuts off at the bottom in an attempt to adjust to the paper size it thinks it is printing on. Please help! Thank you,	Add Attachment
