Having her leave the computer on in sleep mode made 
it work. I also helped her print in the different 
applications

John said we may be able to get one from the 002 
storage since they aren't eligible for a GFA

She also needs help connecting to the ricoh copier 
in social sciences.

She is available anytime in the next two weeks, 
she just needs to be emailed to confirm a specific 
date.

Robin Smith called in to report that she recently 
upgraded her mac to version 15.3 and since then it 
has been really slow and unresponsive which causes 
her to shutdown and retry. For the first week it 
was happening, a shutdown seemed to work and made 
all the programs that were spinning before open up 
fine now. But after a week, the restart method no 
longer works. She is hoping to set up a date and 
time with John or Monica because she heard from 
her colleagues who have had a similar issue that 
they would be able to figure it out.
