I put it back in and confirmed it's working 
fine over there.

Reset the device back to factory defaults.  This 
fixed the issue.  Set it back up for the 24-HR room. 
Ready to be put back into deployment.

brought vdi machine back to office for jenna to look at.

20140112[Edit Inv] should be the number of the machine itself (not the monitor). but it's a vdi station, so the settings of the computer wouldn't be any different than the others, and, if multiple keyboards wouldn't work... idk? could try a third keyboard or try the different usb ports.

Hi,

I had tried restarting the computer before I 
emailed y'all, sorry for not mentioning that in my 
initial email! I just went out and swapped 
keyboards, and it appears to be a problem with the 
computer itself, not the keyboard.

Hello,

One of our 24 hour room computers (20140160) has 
had its keyboard reprogrammed so that none of the 
letters are correct (A is 7, S is 8, D is Z, etc) 
and I am woefully under qualified to fix it.
