User will need a loaner when we take a look at her 
computer

Users computer is freezing her wireless mouse will 
stop working and then the whole computer stops 
responding. She usually has to shut down computer 
for it to work start working again. She has also 
gotten an Error Code saying 
"Unexpected_store_execption"
