out. Where are you located and what is your 
general availability to meet with a tech?

Hello,

When I plug my laptop in it’s dock, it will 
recognize the keyboard and mouse but not monitors.  
I unplugged everything from the dock and plugged 
it all back in with no luck.   I tried detecting 
monitors and it doesn’t find any unless I plug the 
HDMI cable directly into the laptop. 

Any suggestions?
