I set up her equipment in her existing office, SH 
106, and took back the old equipment including: 
monitor 20120165[Edit Inv], monitor 20171146[Edit Inv], PC 20171064[Edit Inv]. She 
said that she would be moving offices shortly and 
will let us know so we can coordinate an equipment 
move. Closing ticket.

Her new equipment is ready to be set up, I inquired 
for a date, when we set that up this ticket and that 
new equip. ticket can be closed.

waiting for drivers for the imaging so the new 
laptops can be imaged.

Hi Joanie and Jack, 

I have finally saved all my files from my old 
computer to my H drive. I'm ready to make the switch 
when you have computers available. I will be on 
campus on July 25 then I will be out of town until 
August 7. Please let me know if you have any 
questions for me!

Also, if you are able to download all of your local 
files off of your computer, that would be great. You 
can typically store most of them on your H drive, 
which is cloud based and not physically on the 
computer when we take it back and wipe it. We 
definitely want to make sure you have all your data 
off before setting up your new computer.

Hi Claire, I am uncertain exactly how long it will 
take for the order to come in and be ready to be set 
up, but when I do I will be sure to email you and

Hi Jack, 

I just submitted the request. Do you have any idea 
when they would replace it? I will probably be on 
campus later next week on Thursday and/or Friday. 
Would I be able to save my files then before they 
replace my computer?

Hi Claire,

I need some additional information regarding service request #80672

Description: Computer is Slow in SH 106

It appears you are eligible to opt for a GFA computer, so, a 
replacement to the one you currently have. This would consist of a 
laptop, dock, and monitor. You would have to make a request for that. 
Alternatively, if you wanted to keep your current setup, we are able to 
install a faster storage chip which should speed the computer up. Let 
us know what option you are thinking of pursuing,

We need to email her in about a week to see if she 
wants a GFA or NVMe, I didn't check with John and 
Monica to see what they recommend. I just gave her 
the choices.

We just need to connect with her and get her either 
a GFA or NVMe and then this request will be done. 
She wanted to do it in the summer, so I can't do it.

I checked in with her and she wants to wait until 
summer for it or potentially finals week. She is 
eligible for a GFA and an NVMe, I gave her the 
option for both.

Last week was very busy for me and this coming 
week is also busy but any time between 12:00 and 
2:00 pm on Thursday, May 25 could work. I also 
could do Friday, May 26 at 10:30 am or 4:30 pm.
