Dock was replaced with a WB19TB. The dock went to 
the loaner shelf and I kept 20200687[Edit Inv] to use with my 
set up

Dock 20200303[Edit Inv] is having issues it is not charging 
the laptop and not showing displays on monitors. 
Tried to do a firmware upgrade and it failed.

Used 20200291[Edit Inv] Service Tag for the replacement of 
the dock
