she didn't care about logging in she just wanted the 
pop ups to stop which they have after we logged in 
and updated adobe.

went over. she couldn't sign in; it was giving her an error. going to see if uninstalling/reinstalling helps. try signing in after reinstalling to see if it works

she'll be back 2-4 and then in again tomorrow. but it'd be best to get it done today so she has a computer to use. she's also not tech savvy, so make sure it works fine/is connected properly when it's brought back

Are you able to bring your laptop into the UCS office when you are available today (or at another time convenient to you)? The solution to your Adobe issue might take up to an hour or two, depending on what we need to do, so we could give you a loaner while we take a look at your computer.

adobe keeps popping up. user said she tried logging in and restarting the computer. she's available 11:30-12:30 or after 2 today. going to see if she can come in so we can look at her laptop and 1) confirm she's actually logged in and 2) if necessary, uninstall and reinstall adobe. 

will email her and probably call around 11:30 to see if she can come in, someone else will probably have to take a look at this if it's going to be today because i'm only here until 11:50
