Hi Jennifer,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#80689)

Description: **Tues., 5/30**Missing Mouse and Update 
to the Epson Scanner Software 

The Computer should now have the scanner added to it 
and you can now scan from the printers and scanners 
menu on the Mac.

It sounds like we might need the user to come in so we can manually remove and add the printer on her computer, especially since it's a Mac. Not sure if doing so on my (or another's) profile would transfer over to her profile, plus it'd be good to check to make sure we could actually print. But we'd need her there to do that...?

Hello again –
We discussed Monday as an option for this but I 
just remembered that's a holiday. I will not be on 
campus again until Thursday.

Is there some way that you all can get in there 
without me? (I teach hybrid and commute from 
Portland on the days I do come to campus). This 
system of only addressing my service requests when 
I can be there in person is simply not workable. 
I'm sure that you all are understaffed, and I do 
empathize. But the response time and follow 
through for service last and this term has been 
far below what it has been in the past.

Tracy Boyson, admin. ast. for CS upstairs on the 
3rd floor, is the building manager and as such has 
access to the whole ITC building. Perhaps she can 
help open the door?

I need that back room system and scanner to be 
working fully when I return to help students on 
Thursday next week.

Hello UCS –
The Mac in the back room of my lab (ITC210)—wou 
#20210222[Edit Inv]
is missing a mouse (at some point one went missing 
in the main room and this one was poached for it)
needs an update to the Epson scanner software
I'll be needing this computer to be fully 
functional by next Monday, if possible.
