Good morning Sharyne, 

I am going through some old tickets ahead of fall 
term and I see there is still an active loaner 
ticket for Robin Smith? However based on the 
ticket she was only going to be using the iMac for 
a little bit longer since she was retiring but it 
has been over a year. In addition, she is no 
longer appearing in our system directory.

Has she retired officially? and would you happen 
to know the location or what happened to the iMac 
she was loaning from UCS? The wou number on the 
computer was 20160532.

Robin swung by to talk in person about the iMac - 
she said she is still using it to finish up some 
work that she had left over from covid. Apparently, 
she retired and is still assisting her old boss do 
some stuff that was assigned to her? I don't know if 
she is even employed through the university anymore. 
I explained if she is a staff member, chances are 
she can ask her department head to submit a new 
equipment request cause it didn't sound like she had 
her own computer assigned to her in the first place. 
Will ask John or Monica about this when they get 
back.
