I got her to print, but the laptop is getting any 
ethernet despite the port being active and the 
dock showing the ethernet connection. I checked 
for drivers but didn't find anything. The computer 
prints though.

User moved offices and needs to connect the SSA 
printer. User is not able to print at all tried 
printing this morning and yesterday as well and 
nothing.
