Hard drive is dead, will put in the 'to wipe' pile 
with others. Completing ticket in mean time.

After talking with Michael a few times it seems he stores most of 
everything in his google mail (somehow), I feel like there would be 
minimal stuff on his Hard Drive. Will check tomorrow with external 
reader, to see if I can pull any data off. If not, will email Michael 
updating him regardless and find out what to do with his hard drive.

I believe his new setup is ready to be taken to him. 
Once this is complete, I believe this ticket and 
that new setup ticket will be complete.

Mike Stewart's computer 20130720[Edit Inv] - screen says No 
Boot Device etc.  He can't log on at all.
