The laptop has came back today, I went ahead and ran 
any software updates it may have needed; it is ready 
for a pickup! It says in my notes that it didn't 
come in with a charger, did it possibly come in with 
a bag?

Saw what she was saying about how after a little 
while the screen goes black - came back some time 
and the screen was black with a faint glow through 
the cracks as if it was on. Need to do more testing 
and then send into Apple.

Laptop seems to function fine with cracked screen - 
screen contains LARGE cracks, basically running 
corner to corner. In top right corner, there is a 
black patch that displays nothing. This will have to 
be sent in to fix.

She says the her current files are backed up and she 
logged out. She said the screen worked for a couple 
of hours after cracking it, but eventually it became 
shut black.

external hard drive, so we're good in that regard.

I dropped my MacBook Pro laptop at the Welcome 
Center yesterday, and the screen is now cracked. 
It was still working fine until about 10 minutes 
ago. Now it will not display anything. 😬
