I have an update regarding service request #80807

Description: set up 20221158 GFA replacing 20150336

Your new equipment set up is ready, is there any 
special software that you would like installed? 
before we replace your loaner, make sure all your 
files are on your H drive. In addition, when we do 
your set up we will need to transfer any important 
files from your old hard drive(from the super slow 
computer) onto the new computer. We will bring a usb 
hard drive reader with us to do that. Let us know 
your availability for today & the rest of the week 
and we will get back to you on when we can come do 
that set up!
