I was able to look up and add your account for the 
admin rights on the laptop; are you able to sign 
into portal? I believe if you are able to use a 
school login for gmail, portal, etc this means your 
account has been created.

Hi Jenna! I am reaching out to inquire about a 
good time to set this equipment up in your office 
here on campus. We have; a laptop, dock, monitor, 
keyboard and mouse to set up. It takes about 30-45 
minutes to install.

Terry Gingerich, the role Jenna Rojas will be 
filling, was a CJ science NTT Assistant Prof.

I don't think they will need the latest and 
greatest stuff so a nice 2020 laptop should be 
fine.

laptop has admin rights, the rest of the setup 
needs to be picked out and this laptop needs to get 
checked off for use because I think it may be too 
old.

I would imagine HR or your supervisor would get back 
to you when all the paperwork gets through; I know 
that when that happens and HR officially hires you, 
they send a new faculty account creation request for 
us to create an account. I will try to let you know 
when the account is created, or you may hear back 
from HR / your supervisor before that.

Yes, I would set up the equipment in your office 
when you have access. We would also want to make 
sure your WOU account is active before setting the 
device up as you wouldn't be able to log into any PC 
on campus without your account being active first.

computer with WOU before :)

Hi Jenna,

I have a Dell laptop setup all ready to go to be 
installed for you. When would be a good time to do 
this? The setup comes with a laptop, monitor, dock, 
keyboard and mouse. If you have any files / info. 
saved on the computer you are currently using, you 
will want to take those off / back them up as we 
will probably be wiping whatever computer you have 
been using in the mean time.

Got system 20200415[Edit Inv] updated, admin rights put on, I 
believe that the AD should be the same as it kept 
the same name. All that is needed is any extra 
software they may need, for them to log in and make 
sure that the drives map fine, and that printers are 
accessible.

I also found out from HR that Jenna does have a V#

up.
