I went down and connected his ancient secondary monitor using a 
display port to dvi adapter we had a ton of. He said someone helped 
him figure out his audio issue, he will probably email back if he has 
any other questions. Closing ticket!

Today I set up Michael's laptop, monitor, dock, 
mouse and keyboard in addition to the things that 
were already at his desk. Tomorrow, 7-11, I am going 
to see about a DVI adapter to connect an ancient 
monitor he has to his laptop, as well as diagnose 
some sound stuff so he can adequately hear his Zoom 
phone ring. After tomorrow, I should be able to 
cancel this ticket.

Hi Michael,

Description: set up 20221160[Edit Inv] for Michael Stewart, 
GFA replacing W20130720

I tried reaching out to you last week to coordinate 
a time that would work for me to set up your new 
laptop and peripherals. Today I am here until 5pm, 
if you have any chance today to get that done I will 
be more than happy to head over. Other than that, I 
work 9-5 this Tuesday (7-11) through Thursday (7-13) 
and can coordinate a time to deliver your setup 
then, too. Just let me know what works best for you,

Printers will be added during set-up.

Updated windows, dell command, adobe, office, 
sophos, gave Michael admin rights, properly named 
and moved to AD / right domain (double check). All 
it may need is printer settings, or another 
directory drive mapped.
