Thank you, Monica. Good catch, when I copied and pasted the old computer number, I included the W, which made the last number fall 
off. When I just used the numbers it worked.

I thought I was able to submit the request, but then it said "only active users may use this tool" and then the screen went blank. 
Can you confirm the request went through? I should be active but I did just switch from serving as Provost and Vice President back to 
my previous position as a professor.

Description: 'N' key falling out; but not broken + 1 
usb-c port not working

We evaluated your computer and we recommend you 
submit a computer replacement for your W20180645 Mac 
computer. You can submit your request by logging 
into Portal under Programs for Everyone you will see 
a Computer Replacement link.

Since this is out of warranty. I am going to talk to 
Nathan to see if we can do a GFA replacement since 
there are multiple issues with the device

Briefly looked at it - it is still in inbox, screen 
appears cracked? Or a circular, large scratch, but 
that seems unlikely.

Rob called in to include in his request that the 
usb-c port that is towards the backend of the laptop 
is not functioning. The port closest to the front 
end works but not the one in the back.

Dropped it off without charger; placing the device 
in the inbox. He says he backed up all his files and 
logged out of icloud too.

The "N" key is coming off/falling out and he wants 
it replaced. It still function but since the keys 
fall out he can't use it well. He wants a loaner 
mac so we will get him set up with one and update 
the ticket accordingly.
