20161080[Edit Inv] very slowly charging, and doesn't hold
charge well - doesn't just stay at 1%

20161080[Edit Inv] added to this ticket, it is having similar
issues - it is not charging past 1%, it won't turn
on without a charger, the only difference is that it
doesn't say the battery is disconnected / not
detected.

laptop not holding charge well - was plugged in for
two days, claimed 100% battery. When unplugged,
screen turned off, and it flashed it's 'plug me in'
screen like iPhones do; I plugged it in, it turned
back on, I was able to get it running without power.
It then went from 100% to 71% to 56% in a couple of
minutes. Needs battery or put in parts bin / PDR.
