Jack Martinis	Jul 11, 2023 01:57 PM	I went over and fixed Brian's PC issues; when I arrived, as they said there was just a 'looking for dp input.' I opened the laptop and its power button was illuminated, but none of the keys on that or the keyboard worked / illuminated when I pushed caps lock, etc. I held the power button down, unplugged the dock, turned it back on and everything was fine. I don't know what would have caused that issue and I told him if it happens again to just let us know and we will take a look at his laptop / dock itself. Completing ticket.	Add Attachment

I helped Michael Stewart out with something earlier and swung by Brian's office, he wasn't there. I was just curious if you would be willing to ask Brian if / when you see him what time might work for him. Jack Martinis	Jul 11, 2023 11:27 AM	There was another ticket for this, including the stuff from the other ticket: Brian Angland caught me before leaving after doing an equipment setup, and told me that his computer (I think he said it was a laptop) is currently not turning on since today. He didn't know the WOU number off the top of his head, however, his room resides at the Physical Plant, #131.	Add Attachment
