I setup the setup with existing gfa equipment in the 
room; the total stuff was: the laptop (20210785), a 
caldigit dock that worked for the dell laptop 
(20210421), and monitor (20200774). They wanted a 
second monitor, and Chris Solario told me to grab 
one from room 110, so I put it in there as well:

Hi Hayden! I am available today to install your 
setup. I am also here tomorrow, as well as Wednesday 
this week from 9am-5pm. I would be coming to your 
office to install the setup. Every setup now comes 
with a laptop, dock, monitor and keyboard / mouse. 
Any additional monitors will either need to be a 
spare monitor that the department may have laying 
around, or a request made by the department for a 
new monitor. Let me know if you have any additional 
questions,

I still am only able to find a student account tied 
to a Hayden Campos, hcampos16. Are you wanting to 
give a student access / admin rights to them as a 
student worker? If they are a new faculty member, I 
will need their staff account and not their student 
account. I still am not finding a staff account. I 
asked Jenna, a person who does account creation, if 
they saw anything regarding a Hayden Campos and they 
said they have no request from HR yet. Has their 
paperwork been submitted yet?

Hi Jack,

Looks like his name was different when he arrived at 
WOU.  Appears it was originally Halle Faith but 
changed to Hayden so I think that is why are not 
finding him.

Hi Sharon,

I just checked the admin rights part for the PC 
again and only Hayden's student account, hcampos16, 
can be found. It seems as though their faculty 
account has been created yet. I have been told we 
get a list of new hires / students to make accounts 
for and I don't believe we have received anything 
for Hayden Campos.

Currently, I am unable to add Harden Campos's 
student account for the admin rights on this laptop. 
We will need his faculty account to be created / 
active before we can add his admin rights.
Even though he will be a staff member, we are not 
able to assign laptops to students, so he will need 
his official staff email and such before we can 
assign it to him.

Hi Sharon, I have imaged and updated Travis Tyler's 
laptop fully. When I went to add Haydon Campos as an 
admin, I wasn't able to find an account. Also, what 
department will this be a part of?

I will have to wait until his account is created to 
add his admin rights to the laptop. All it needs is 
for admin rights to be added, the department 
directory to be set, and any potential extra pieces 
of software they may need.

User dropped off laptop since today is there last 
day.

Putting the laptop in the 2 weeks. This will need 
to go back to the department after it is re-images 
since it is a department purchases device
