I believe the monitor in the room was 20200431[Edit Inv] and 
the dock was 20200396[Edit Inv]

I came by and set laptop 20200881[Edit Inv] up along with the 
existing setup in OPE 213. This consisted of a dock, 
monitor, keyboard and mouse. She was able to 
successfully sign in, I connected the directories 
drive and put an icon on her desktop. I connected 
the hallway printer to the setup. I informed her 
that printers cannot be setup to personal computers, 
and that to access the department drive on her 
personal computer she would have to go through VDI.

Hi Michael,

Description: Reimage Holli Harward's computer and 
have it ready for Jessica Peatross as she is the new 
head coach

I have the laptop, 20200881[Edit Inv], reimaged and updated. 
It is ready for a pickup - we need to verify that 
Jessica can login to the laptop, that her network 
drives map automatically and that any printer they 
need to use is hooked up.

Laptop should be fully imaged and ready to go, user 
needs to sign in to verify account logs in, that 
there isn't any additional software needed, that the 
network drives map and any printers needed are set 
up.

Attempting a reimage, it is behaving strangely - not 
taking in admin logins, not updating OS, and I just 
created a test admin user and it won't even login.

mentioned they have a hudl subscription that the 
coaches use.

Holli Harward-Carpenter and requested her former 
computer be reimaged and ready for Jessica.
