Got it. 
The turnaround was quicker on the laptop I took in 
last week. That's what had me confused. 
Thanks for the heads up. As soon as the HR paperwork 
is complete I send an email with the coaches info.

I have a 20200881[Edit Inv] macbook that used to belong to a 
Holli Harward that is being imaged for Jessica 
Peatross. The 20171273[Edit Inv] used to belong to Katie 
Girten, I was just curious if you knew who this 
laptop was being assigned to yet. If not, no biggy; 
the laptop for Jessica Peatross should be available 
for pickup tomorrow. This 2017 laptop would be ready 
for pickup today, we just didn't know who it was 
being assigned to.

I need some additional information regarding service

Description: Reimage Katie Girten's laptop for new 
assistant coach

I have macbook 20171273[Edit Inv] re-imaged and ready to go, 
as long as there wasn't any special / extra software 
needed on it. I was also curious who this will be 
assigned to, as we need to update inventory.

Updated new mac os update; everything else is fine, 
ready for pickup w/ out any additional software. 
Will verify this when they pick it up - something 
about potentially needing a hudl subscription?

I began imaging this and noticed that the bag didn't 
have a charger, I was wondering if you already had a 
charger or if you'd need to purchase a new one for 
this laptop?

requested it be reimaged and ready for the new 
assistant coach.
