I was able to setup the setup! We had a problem with 
duo at first, but that was a quick fix. I took 
monitor: and PC: , along with her old mouse and 
keyboard. There was a monitor from 2009 that was 
exempt in inventory and thus it stayed. A fellow 
staff member in HR assisted her in downloading the 
docstar epicor client! Setup already had an ethernet 
port that worked.

Heading over with setup to see if I can get this 
done / mostly done today; I will try to figure out 
the dockstar epicor client but I don't know if I 
will be able to figure it out fully.

Hi Kaitlin,

Are you available for me to come install your 
computer setup?

Also, if you are currently using a loaner / 
university computer in the meantime, you would want 
to make sure that there is no data physically on the 
machine as we would take it back when we set up your 
new machine.

I apologize for the late response; I am available 
today, tomorrow and Friday. I am more than happy to 
install your setup, but I will say that I am unsure 
how to install the Docstar Epicor client; I briefly 
ran over this with my boss, and he said he would 
come over to help me install it when we set up your 
equipment, but he is out all week this week.

Would I possibly be able to set up your equipment 
without Epicor for a small time? I would try to 
figure it out there, but I can't guarantee I can do 
it successfully.

we install the computer; it is downloaded through a 
browser and would be best to be logged in through 
your user. Do you have a time that works best with 
you for me to install this new setup?

Laptop all up to date, admin rights added, and I 
believe it was moved into the correct directory. All 
it needs is Duo to be installed for HR. Also, will 
ask them if they need any other special software.
