Ethernet cord was installed via Paul / Monica, will 
close ticket for now; tried installing a directory 
folder but couldn't find it; he said it's not an 
issue currently.

I installed the stuff, took back loaner 20170533[Edit Inv], 
connected printers - he didn't know what department 
drive he might need access to, he said he didn't use 
it very much at all so it wouldn't be necessary for 
a little bit. Still will have to add that; need to 
find what department he even needs? Also, there was 
no ethernet cord to plug in - we have to install an 
ethernet cord after confirming a port is active.

Great! If no additional software is needed, then the 
laptop and setup is ready to be installed. If you 
have any availability next week, I would be glad to 
install this for you; I am here 9am-5pm from Monday 
to Wednesday next week.

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #80901

Description: set up 20221174[Edit Inv] replacing broken 
20180645[Edit Inv] (he has a loaner currently)

I have the macbook, 20221174[Edit Inv] fully updated and ready 
to go; are there any special pieces of software you 
will need?
