I installed MaxQDA and the school's VPN, so this 
laptop should be ready for a pickup.

I believe my MaxQDA software was on there to finish 
out my research this year.  Also Cisco when I have 
to travel and need to access files remotely.

Hi Margaret,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #80904

Description: Brought her assigned laptop in to be 
reimaged; left with an Uber driver for 6+ hours

I have reimaged your laptop and updated it fully; is 
there any additional software you would need to have 
on this device besides the default options?

Margaret Manoogian was instructed by Michael Ellis to bring her laptop in to be re-imaged since it was out of her possession for more than 6 hours. (The laptop had been left in an uber vehicle by accident)
