Hi Michael,

I need some additional information regarding service request #80910

Description: Reimage laptop for Women's basketball coach 

It seems we have a ticket that was never closed; if there are no coaches currently needing setups, I will go ahead and close this.

From my knowledge the coaches are set up with 
laptops but I do believe the coaching staff had 
three laptops. We currently have two coaches on 
staff with laptops, do your records show women's 
basketball with three laptops assigned to them?

Will need to check in with Michael or the Women's basketball coach to see if they ever received a computer. If the computer was received please add the W# in this SR and then it should be good to close

The laptop is still here. Spoke with Jack. He said 
Monica would know the status of whether there was 
a set up or not. Wondering if we should close this 
ticket, two weeks the computer and DBAN the 
computer?

Michael stopped by to drop this over for 
reimaging. They can't log into it because the 
previous user is still signed in. If it is 
possible to get into it without reimaging that is 
something they would prefer. If not, Michael has 
given the okay to reset the device.
