Was able to get Letitia logged in and successfully 
signed onto zoom via sso. She sees her zoom phone 
icon now, which is good, so she has picked up the 
imac and left.

She dropped off her Imac Library loaner to get 
zoom installed on it. Kyla sent her some 
instructions hoping that she would be able to 
install it herself, but no avail. She is hoping to 
be able to pick this up by the end of today 
because she works remotely, and she will need it 
to do that. I've listed her contact info below:
