Camtasia for the moment. I need MS Office and 
Adobe Acrobat, but nothing else that I can think 
of. Will this laptop have access to DSC printers 
like the copier and the color laser?

Am I able to pick it up today?

Switching to Dell 20200270. The other computer just 
came in so it hasn't been 2 weeks for it to be re-
imaged

I understand that my laptop is a GFA computer 
(thank you for explaining that so well), but since 
you will likely be repairing my original laptop 
(20180536) or the loaner laptop, I would like to 
humbly request that you repair (or swap parts 
into) my original laptop. That laptop came to me 
new and I am very familiar with it. This loaner 
has some weird things going on with it, along with 
the keyboard problem, and it actually seems to 
have the same heat problem as my other laptop (it 
is not overheating yet, but it gets pretty warm). 
How long do you have a GFA computer before it is 
eligible for replacement? 

Thank you very much for considering my request! I 
will drop the loaner off today or tomorrow and I 
do not need a loaner for that one.
