Hi Ikaika and Lupita,
I noticed that we have a setup here at UCS that is 
assigned to Guadalupe Maravilla. While we have 
another setup that is assigned to Lupita Maravilla 
Maciel. After looking at your staff page, it seems 
this might be the same person and 2 setups were 
possibly ordered.
Below are 2 invoices. The first is the one we have 
at UCS. We believe Guadalupe has the setup below 
in her possession.
We would like direction on what you would like us 
to do with the items on the first invoice below.

She may call in once off campus asking for drive 
help, I showed her to connect to the vpn and 
navigate through the i drive on the drive menu. The 
shortcuts I added were i\train and etc, so I believe 
those would break once off campus - though the 
laptop was hooked up through the 'outside' ethernet 
cable so it appeared to work? Will know later, for 
now, closing ticket.

Guadalupe as well as her advisor came by to pick up 
the equipment. I had her login to her laptop, 
confirmed that the i drive connected, enrolled her 
in duo, downloaded and installed the vpn, and told 
her a little about how to use / access those drives.

own account, as she will be working out in the field 
and using Branagh software.

What department is this for? I need to know what 
directory to add it on. Also, does Guadalupe 
Maravilla need any special software on this laptop?
