Jesse said something on her end didn’t update when I picked up
the loaner, so she said she would come by sometime today to try
and recover it. As far as I know she hasn't stopped by yet.

keyboard definitely should be replaced, overheating
could've been cause by the amount of hair inside the
laptop shell. attempted to remove some of it.

I was forwarded your email. Sorry to hear your
keyboard is not holding up. That laptop is less
than a year old, and still under warranty. If you
can bring it into our office at ITC 009, we'll get
the keyboard fixed for you. Will you need a loaner
laptop while it is in repair?

So I'm not sure how I got the special snowflake
computer, but my keyboard currently looks like
someone took paint thinner to the keys. like,
sometimes I hit m instead of comma because there's
no symbol left.

It's bad-bad man.

I do type very fast (highest clocked was 145wpm; I
am verbotten from mechanical keyboards in my home)
but I think it has to do with a poor fan more than
anything; the computer SUPER overheats sometimes
and if I'm charging it overnight I have to lay it
upside down. It was when the v key started going
(I swear I do not type a lot of words with v and
only really use ctrl+V) that I felt like it wasn't
my fault and maybe some sort of actual defect.

Do I just turn it in?
