Set up the setup, everything was good, she may come 
into UCS for a VPN sometime. She is using the iMac 
that is currently in that room in tandem with this 
setup, I believe that iMac was the departments so 
she is free to have both as per Tracy / Breeann's 
instructions.

Hi Arsilda,

I have your new equipment all ready to install. Was 
there any specific software you needed outside of 
the usual ones? (Adobe, office, zoom, etc. are 
already installed). Also, what would be a good time 
to install this equipment? We would meet you at your 
room to install and configure the setup to your 
preferences.
