computer was a 2-in-1, and we couldn't get it to connect it to the 
dock, but we used a loaner laptop to connect the dock and monitor and 
it worked. So Monica and I believe it was a 2-in-1 update that made it 
unable to connect to the dock/monitor. new equipment SR# 81008 shows 
that they received their new computer.

tested monitor and dock on multiple computers, 
they both work. User brought in computer 20190352[Edit Inv] 
to try and replicate issue and the computer would 
make the connection "ding" sounds but would not 
"detect" the additional display in the display 
setting. The computer did show the monitor in 
device manager. user mentioned they are going to 
be getting a laptop soon, and can use a personal 
computer with VDI (potentially scheduling an zoom 
meeting with Monica to get VDI installed because 
they have had "trouble" in the past) until they 
get their new computer.

Monitor went black, user reset and unplugged the 
computer and it all worked. The user ran updates, 
and then it never turned back on. 

User brought in monitor thats not working, docking 
station, and HDMI cords. 

User lives out of town in eastern oregon and is on 
campus all week. They leave back on Friday so we 
have until then to deliver this user her equipment 
because they take this equipment remote
