I came by and was able to: have user sign in, put 
her sign in as an admin, and told John to allow the 
PC to upgrade OS. Now, it was left sitting on her 
login downloading and updating to monterey. I told 
her that it should download the latest version of 
monterey, and that there shouldn't be any additional 
updates needed afterwards. Closing ticket.

I will not be in the office tomorrow, however, I

WOU number added to upgrade list; it can now upgrade 
to ventura. I believe admin rights will still be 
needed; it is close to lunch, so I will take care of 
this when I get back. I need to: wait for the mac to 
be able to download the upgrade (a couple minutes 
from when it was given permission), and then admin 
rights to the users profile.
