I took care of this yesterday; it was a similar 
issue to the last time I went over. On the printer 
menu, all available printers (the ones referenced 
below) had a circle w/ exclamation sign in it saying 
they were paused / being weird. I simply went 
through each of them and printed to them and they 
fixed themselves? The only one that gave issue was 
the copier, as it needed to be unadded, then 
readded, and then put the print code on it. After 
that, all printers worked from her device again. If 
it happens again, I will inquire about a potential 
reimaging or whatever else might be causing that 
issue.
