I came over and helped them figure out the printer; 
they had everything plugged in properly, I simply 
turned on the printer and they connected to the name 
I found in inventory for the printer - 'Almira'. 
After that, it worked fine. I thought it might be a 
weird ethernet port thing because some ports are 
configured for printers and some for PC's, etc, but 
they said they plugged it into an ethernet cord 
previously used for printers so it was all good.

Hello, I am trying to set up a printer in the 
Business Office, and I am having trouble with it. 
The ID number under the WOU barcode is 20130374[Edit Inv]. I 
have plugged it in, connected ethernet, and turned 
it on, but when I try to print from it, it says 
that it is offline. I am not sure how to get it 
online, so I was wondering if I could get some 
help with that?
