Michael created her user id this morning, Aimee 
would like to pickup her setup today. We need to 
verify if she is a remote worker so we can give 
her admin rights and install vpn before she 
arrives so that way she can just quickly pick up 
and go.

If HR let her know that we received the paperwork 
today.  It typically takes 48-72 hours for an 
account to be created. It would be best to wait 
until her account is created before she comes for 
the equipment or she won't be able to login to the 
laptop. Can you see if she would be able to come 
early next week?

Good morning,

My name is Aimee Brown and I am a new WOU employee 
with The Research Institute and have been waiting 
for HR to complete my paperwork so I can have 
access to the WOU Portal. I just received word 
that UCS now has my paperwork and is in the 
process of creating my account.

I am working remotely but will be on campus today 
and was wondering if I can stop by UCS to pick up 
my equipment (laptop, monitors, etc.) so please 
let me know if that is possible.

Hi Ikaika,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #80988

Description: set up new set up for Aimee Brown, new 
employee (starts 8/31)

We still have this setup here, and I can't find an 
account to add for Aimee for admin rights. Any 
update on this?

Computer is reimaged, could not set up admin rights 
due to account not being active yet. Placing 
computer back on setup shelf.

he users have came to WOU already and their 
accounts should be created today or within the 
next day or so. Contact nathan winegardner when 
their computers are ready to be picked up, these 
users are going to be working remote so they will 
be coming in to our officer to pick most of their 
equipment up, Nathan will be taking their monitors 
to their office tot set them up.
