I will be heading out of town until Sunday in 
about an hour, so I won't be available to have my 
new equipment set up until next week! 
I apologize for the inconvenience, but we will be 
at home the next two weeks for our season games.

Aloha Jack,

Thank you for the reply! I can try to put them in 
our drive and see if that works. I’m available now 
for the next hour or so in New PE, but will be out 
the rest of the week as we leave for a tournament in 
California early tomorrow morning. I will be back 
Monday next week if that works best or if you’d like 
to have things set up now that could also work.

Since we are doing a full equipment setup, which 
includes the new laptop, a monitor, dock, keyboard 
and mouse, preferably we would set it up with you at 
your current office space. If you have files that 
are physically on the current laptop you are using, 
I recommend backing any and all files up to your H 
drive which is your own personal network drive here 
at WOU. This way, when you log into the new laptop, 
you can access your H drive again and anything you 
have previously saved on it. If you need assistance 
with this, I can definitely coordinate a time to do 
that before the equipment setup. If you have any 
further questions, let me know.
