Following up with you on the software needed to be 
installed on your computer.

It was listed that you needed Acrobat, VPN, and 
ERS.

Acrobat is installed on the computer, as for the 
VPN since it requires your details you will have 
to come in to set that up or you can follow the 
instructions on this page WOU VPN. For ERS you 
will need to contact your department for details 
for that piece of software due to us not having 
access.

Let's set-up an appointment so you can have access 
to the device.

We are available from Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 
PM.

In regards to shipping the device, our department 
doesn't provide this service. You would need to 
speak with your department for more information 
about that.

I'll need Cisco Any Connect for VPN, Adobe Acrobat 
and ERS Branagh software installed. 

I live in Baker City and was hoping to have a 
coworker pick this up and meet me halfway 
(Portland area) later this week. Is this possible, 
or will I need to pick it up in person? Will you 
need my login to set up the VPN?
